I am bringing my infant in to see you. What can I expect?

This will depend on what you are bringing them in for.  There are options of lactation consulting and infant oral motor appointments.  Prior to your visit with us, we will determine what will best fit you.  While in our office, we will gather a detailed history and give you recommendations based on our findings.  This may include additional referrals.  You can expect to see us at a frequency of every 1-3 weeks depending on the situation until you have "graduated" from our care.

I have a toddler. What can I expect?

Chelsea is the best choice for clients who are between 6 months and 3.5 years old. We will begin with a detailed history to find what will best fit your little one's needs.  We will give recommendations based on our findings and explain what we are looking for.  This appointment might also include referrals to other providers in order to help us achieve optimal outcomes!  You can expect to see us anywhere from every 2-8 weeks depending on what we find in our initial appointment.

What areas do you serve infants and toddlers? 

• Chelsea is in Franklin on Mondays, in Murfreesboro every other Tuesday and alternates every other Tuesday and Wednesday in Mt. Juliet. Her hours are usually between 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. ) *Sees ages 0-3.5 yo.

• Rachel visits the Mt. Juliet and Franklin offices upon demand for Infant Oral Motor evaluations and follow up sessions. She currently works Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Her hours are usually between 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. *Sees ages 0-6 months old for infant oral motor.

We don't live near your practice. Can I have my infant or toddler assessed from out of the area? We do virtual appointments with all ages. Our availability depends on our schedule and on your specific needs. If we are not a good match for your child, we may also have someone that we would recommend in your area.
